Moholt allmenning
Moholt allmenning is part of Moholt student village and consists of ficve "towers" built in cross-laminated wood. It houses over 630 students, in single rooms with private bathrooms and shared facilites, studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments.
Berg student village
Berg student village is right next to NTNU Gløshaugen. It is also within walking distance of NTNU Elgeseter. There are many connecting buses to the city centre and NTNU Dragvoll.
Bloksberg student housing
Bloksberg student housing has private rooms with shared facilities, and 1 room and 2 room apartments. The building has an elevator, parking basement, and has been adapted for wheelchair users. The common areas include a large roof terrace with a great view of the Nidaros cathedral.
Bloksberg is close to the Student Society and is within walking distance of Gløshaugen, Elgeseter, Øya and all campuses close to the city centre.
Elgeseter gate 23 B student housing
Elgeseter student housing is situated in Elgeseter gate, which lies at the very heart of Trondheim. NTNU’s campus on Gløshaugen, Øya and Kalvskinnet is within walking distance, and several major bus lines pass by these campuses. Studentersamfundet can be found just a short walk from Elgeseter. The building has five floors with 35 private rooms. These rooms are in shared apartments where either 2, 3 or 4 students live together.
Frode Rinnans veg student village
Frode Rinnans veg student village consists of 102 small, cozy terrace houses with their own entrance and garden patch, where two students share kitchen and bathroom. The low houses with turfed roofs give the student village a rustic feel. The student village is within walking and cycling distance of NTNU Dragvoll and Gløshaugen. It is also close to NTNU Moholt. If you're attending Queen Maud University College, this is one of the nearest student villages for you.
Jakobslivegen 55 student housing
Jakobslivegen 55 student housing is situated east of the city centre, close to various outdoor recreational areas. It is located within bicycle distance of Queen Maud University College, NTNU Rotvoll and NTNU Dragvoll. There is a bus stop right outside the door
Karinelund student village
Karinelund student village is located at Moholt and consists of two storey terrace houses separated by lawns, trees and walkways. Moholt student village is just down the road. You are within walking and cycling distance of NTNU Dragvoll and Gløshaugen. It is also close to NTNU Moholt. If you're attending Queen Maud University College, this is one of the nearest student villages for you.
Klostergata 18 student housing
Klostergata 18 student housing has private rooms in shared apartments, and is located by the river Nidelven, just across from the Nidaros cathedral. The Student Society and NTNU Gløshaugen is close by, and you live within walking distance of the city centre, Elgeseter, Øya and Kalvskinnet.
Lerkendal student village
Lerkendal student village is located in Klæbuveien, vis-à-vis Lerkendal staduim, near Gløshaugen, Elgeseter and Øya, and has excellent bus connections to all of Trondheim's campuses.

Moholt student village
Moholt student village is Trondheim's largest student village. It lies within walking and bicycling distance from Dragvoll and Gløshaugen, and is near NTNU's campus at Moholt. It is also one of the nearest student villages if you're attending Queen Maud University College.
Moholt is renowned for a large, social and international student milieu. It has an Activity house run by our Resident assistants. In the low blocks four students share kitchen and bathroom, while in the towers, 15 students share the kitchen and common areas, but have private bathrooms. Moholt student village also has over 300 suitable for students with children, located on the doorstep of Sit's kindergarten at Moholt.
Nedre Berg student village
Nedre Berg student village consists of cozy wooden houses in an established residential area. It is located right next to Gløshaugen.
Nedre Møllenberg gate 25 B student housing
Nedre Møllenberg gate student housing is located in the popular housing area Møllenberg, which is very close to downtown Trondheim. It is within walking distance of BI, KiT, and NTNU's campus Gløshaugen. It's close to public transportation with connections to all of Trondheim's other campuses. The building has 6 apartments and houses 16 students.
Nedre Singsakerslette student village
Nedre Singsakerslette student village is triangulated by the city centre, the Student Society in Trondheim and NTNU Gløshaugen, with the Gløshaugen sports centre as the nearest neighbour. The student village consists of both older, rehabilitated buildings and new buildings.
Parkbygget student housing
Parkbygget is located at Solsiden, which is a commercial shopping area in Trondheim where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, stores and cultural facilities. The building consists of 60 rooms across three floors, where four to six students share kitchens and bathrooms. All apartments have large common areas and balconies overlooking the Nedre Elvehavn. The Trondheim Academy of Fine Art lies just across the street, and you're within walking distance of all campuses close to the city centre.
Rosenborg student village
Rosenborg student village is centrally located in the area between Møllenberg and Rosendal. It is in walking distance to both Dronning Mauds Minne and Solsiden. Short distance to bus and good bus connections to the city's other campuses. The building has 114 private rooms. These rooms are in shared apartments where either 3, 6 og 7 students live together. Right next to the student village you will find Trondheim Vandrerhjem, which is also owned and run by Sit.
Sverres gate 8 student housing
Sverres gate 8 is located in the middle of Trondheim's city centre. The apartments are intended for couples without children, but can also be rented out to single students. It is located at the Kalvskinnet campus and is within walking distance of Øya, Elgeseter and Gløshaugen.
Teknobyen student housing
Teknobyen student housing is the world's largest shared kitchen run by the students. Here up to 116 students live in private rooms with private bathrooms, sharing a 150 m2 kitchen, a 220 m2 living room and a 110 m2 terrace. If you're social and outgoing and want to meet new people, this is the place for you. Teknobyen is located right next to Gløshaugen, Elgeseter and Øya, and is within walking distance of Kalvskinnet.
Østersunds gate 20 student housing
Østersunds gate 20 student housing is located in the Lademoen/Buran district, within walking distance of Solsiden and Trondheim city centre. The building consists of 5 floors and has 17 homes divided into 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, and also one 3 bedroom apartment. It is close to the campus DMMH, BI and the Academy of Arts in Trondheim, and there are good bus connections to the city's other campuses.
