Nedre Møllenberg gate 25 B student housing

Nedre Møllenberg gate student housing is located in the popular housing area Møllenberg, which is very close to downtown Trondheim. It is within walking distance of BI, KiT, and NTNU's campus Gløshaugen. It's close to public transportation with connections to all of Trondheim's other campuses. The building has 6 apartments and houses 16 students.

Internet

There is a basic subscription from the Telenor included in the rent. You can upgrade this subscription yourself by contacting Telenor.

Sit will connect Nedre Møllenberg gate 25 B to the same ISP as the rest of our student villages and housings in the near future.

Pets

Pets are allowed. Please remember to notify us if you wish to bring a pet, and what kind of pet you have.

Intercom

There is an intercom in each apartment for admitting guests into the building.

Storage room

Each apartment has access to a storage room in the basement.

Parking

There are no parking spaces at Nedre Møllenberg student housing, but you can apply for street parking through Trondheim municipality (Norwegian only).

Bicycle parking

There is bicycle parking in the basement. Please be aware that all bicycles must be labeled with a valid bicycle sticker from Sit, which you can get from our reception in Frode Rinnans veg 1. Bicycles without these stickers can be removed without warning.

Laundry

There is a washing machine and tumble-dryer in each apartment.
