Elgeseter gate 23 B student housing
Elgeseter student housing is situated in Elgeseter gate, which lies at the very heart of Trondheim. NTNU’s campus on Gløshaugen, Øya and Kalvskinnet is within walking distance, and several major bus lines pass by these campuses. Studentersamfundet can be found just a short walk from Elgeseter. The building has five floors with 35 private rooms. These rooms are in shared apartments where either 2, 3 or 4 students live together.

Intercom
Every shared apartment has access to an intercom to allow guests entry.
Storage rooms
Tenants on floor 1-4 has their own storage room in the basement. Tenants on the 5th floor has a storage room on the same floor. Each tenant must bring their own lock.
Parking:
There are no parking spaces connected to the student housing, but you can apply for residential zone parking through Trondheim Parkering. There is also regular paid parking in the area.
Parking for bicycles
In the back yard there is a limited number of bicycle racks where you can store your bike. Be aware that all bicycles must be appropriately marked with a valid bicycle sticker. These can be picked up in the reception at Frode Rinnans veg 1. Bicycles without a valid sticker may be removed without notice.
Laundry
The laundry room is located in the basement and holds 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. You must bring your own laundry detergent.
