Klostergata 56 student housing is located close to Gløshaugen, Øya, Kalvskinnet and Handelshøyskolen campuses. It is within walking distance of Studentersamfundet and the city center.

Klostergata 56 student housing has 108 units divided into 81 private rooms with bathroom and 27 studio apartments. All tenants in private rooms share a common kitchen.

Waste disposal

You will find a waste station for residual waste and food waste in the backyard. The nearest waste station for cardboard, plastic, glass and metal is at Klostergata 29 and 74. If you need to remove larger items, please contact the maintenance from My page at bolig.sit.no

Storage room

You do not have access to a storage room, but there is ample storage space in the room/apartment in closets and shelves, as well as drawers under the bed.

Parking

There are no parking spaces connected to the student housing, but you can apply for residential zone parking through Trondheim Parkering. There is also regular paid parking in the area.

Parking for bicycles

You will find lockable bicycle parking at the end of the building. Be aware that all bicycles must be appropriately marked with a valid bicycle sticker. These can be picked up in the reception at Frode Rinnans veg 1. Bicycles without a valid sticker may be removed without notice.

Laundry

There is a laundry room on the 1st floor with 5 washing machines and 5 dryers. The AirWallet payment system is used for laundry - instructions for use is found in the laundries. The dryers are free to use.
