Jakobslivegen 55 student housing is situated east of the city centre, close to various outdoor recreational areas.

Jakobslivegen is located within bicycle distance of Queen Maud University College, NTNU Rotvoll and NTNU Dragvoll. There is a bus stop right outside the door.

Waste disposal

At Jakobsliveien student housing there is a waste disposal station for food waste, paper, cardboard and plastic.

Storage room

All units have access to a storage room in the basement.

Parking

You can rent a parking space in front of the building.

Bicycle parking

Bicycles can be parked in a large, shared storage room in the basement. Your bicycle must be labeled with a valid bicycle sticker. You can get bicycle stickers from Sit Bolig's reception.

Attic common room

All tenants may use the attic common room, which is furnished and has a TV, video player and hi-fi.

Laundry

There is a laundry in the basement with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. You have to supply your own detergents.
