There is a waste disposal station for regular waste outside the building. You can find the nearest Midtbypunkt for waste sorting here. If you have special waste, like batteries and paint, you can contact our maintenance department and they can help you get rid of it. There is a waste disposal station for special waste by our reception in Frode Rinnans veg 1 at Moholt.

Storage room

All apartments have have storage room in the attic. Use your house key to access the attic and storage room.

Parking

There are no parking spaces for Sverres gate 8. Contact Trondheim Parkering for information about other options for parking in the area.

Bicycle parking

There are bicycle parking spaces outside Sverres gate 8. Make sure your bicycle is labeled with a valid bicycle parking sticker. You can get bicycle stickers form Sit Bolig's reception.

The laundry is located on the ground floor of entrance C.
