E-consultations

On this page, you will find everything you need to know about connecting to a video or telephone consultation.

We offer video and telephone consultations as an alternative to face-to-face consultations. We use "Confrere" for video consultations and Teams for telephone consultations.

Telephone consultations are usually only used if we require brief clarifications or if you wish to cancel your appointment or change the appointment time. A session may be conducted by telephone if a face-to-face or video consultation is not technically or geographically possible or if a situation arises where you urgently need to get in touch with us. In such cases, you and your therapist call each just like a conventional telephone call.

As with video consultations, we recommend using earplugs or earphones and sitting in a place where others can’t overhear the conversation.

The payment method for e-consultations is the same as for face-to-face consultations.

You will receive an SMS containing instructions for electronic payment via MediPay or Vipps. You pay a user fee of NOK 200 per appointment for the first four consultations. Additional consultations are free of charge.
