Are you new to exercise, or do you want to start working out but are unsure how to get started? Then you can sign up for our next Get-Started group this spring.

Get-Started is a training group where the goal is to become confident in exercising in a friendly and social environment, and where all participants start at the same level. The group is limited to 15 participants, so the instructor has plenty of time to follow up with everyone. Through the training group, you will learn various exercises, including strength, cardio, and flexibility, and you can work entirely at your own pace and ability.

The training group is completely free for students, and you do not need to be a member of Sit Trening to participate. Upon registration, we will first invite you to an informal introductory meeting to get to know you better and determine if the Get-Started group is the right fit for you.

Note: Registration and participation in the Get-Started group requires that you can attend most of the sessions, ensuring a consistent and predictable training group for all participants.

The Get-Started group runs for 6 weeks, with sessions twice a week (Monday and Wednesday). The first group session is on Monday, March 3rd, and the last is on Wednesday, April 9th. All sessions will be from 14:30PM to 15:30PM at the Gløshaugen sports building. The course instructor is our super-friendly PT, Tora, who will warmly welcome you.
