Family housing guarantee

Are you a student with children? Then you are guaranteed both housing and a kindergarten in Trondheim.

The guarantee for housing applies to at least a 2-bedroom apartment, and you must contact Sit Housing about this by May 15. It is also possible to request a larger apartment, but we cannot guarantee that one will be available. Therefore, it is important that you specify if you prefer a larger apartment than a 2-bedroom when contacting Sit Housing.

Here’s how to proceed:

1. Contact Sit Housing: Send an email to bolig@sit.no by May 15 to request family housing.
2. Contact for Kindergarten Placement: Get in touch with barn@sit.no for a kindergarten place. This applies even if you did not apply by March 1.
