Our food and beverage offerings

Sit Kafe has a food- and beverage offering adaptet to students needs. We prepare nutritious everyday meals made from scratch using high quality ingredients.

We have 14 cafeterias, four coffee bars, and two kiosks spread across various campuses in Trondheim, Gjøvik, and Ålesund. In addition, we have a pop-up dining option, Stilken, where we exclusively serve plant-based food. At Moholt, you'll find our super cozy pizza place, Ankomst, where you can savor the taste of Italy.

Every day, our chefs rise early to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students and staff. In our coffee bars, you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee from 8:00 AM, and if you need a little treat, SITO or KRUS Kaffebar is the perfect place to start your day. At our Rápido kiosks, you’ll find everything you need if you’re in a hurry.

Cinnamon Bun Wednesday at SITO and KRUS Kaffebar is one of the week's highlights! We offer freshly baked cinnamon buns for just 26 NOK!

Special Dietary Needs

We adapt our menu to accommodate special dietary needs. In our cafeterias, you will find dinner options that are gluten-free, lactose-reduced, vegetarian and plant based. Additionally, there are many alternatives in our general food selection that are allergy-friendly. Please read the ingredient list on the food you purchase, or ask the staff to ensure that you don't consume anything you're allergic to.

Development of the Food Offerings

Stilken

Stilken is our 100 % plant-based food concept. Here, you'll find homemade smoothies, colorful bowls, nutritious snacks, and a delicious muesli bar called "sprø oppkvikker". All the food is made with care and love in our own kitchen, following our own recipes. You can find Stilken products in select cafeterias and kiosks.

Trust Meal

Trust Meal is a self-service outlet open 24/7. Here, you’ll find a basic selection of kiosk items, and you can pay either via the MittSit app (Ålesund) or through a self-service checkout in Trondheim and Gjøvik. Learn more about Trust Meal.
