Stilken is a 100% plant-based food concept, delivered by Sit. We always use fresh and quality ingredients in the food produced in our own kitchen. Here you can get juices and smoothies, flavorful bowls, smaller snacks - and not least - "sprø oppkvikker", a super delicious muesli bar that will keep your energy high for a long time!

Home-produced and nutritious

The Stilken recipes are created by our own people and are made with the purpose to meet the needs of students throughout a demanding study day.

Through Stilken, we aim to provide students, staff, and other visitors with flavorful, healthy, and delicious plant-based food.

We know that food production and what we eat have an impact on both the environment and public health – therefore, we believe that food also affects student welfare.

Stilken pop-up

It's easy to spot the small pink pop-up wherever it is. Here you'll find the most complete range of products. As the name suggests, it will occasionally be on the move and show up in new places. From April, it will be stationed at Kalvskinnet.

Stilken in cafeteria and kiosk

In addition to the Stilken pop-up, you'll find a selection of products in our kiosks, Rápido at Gløshaugen and Dragvoll. At the same time, we're working to make the products available in our cafeterias. Currently, you can find them at Element.

Under the Stilken brand, you'll also find other plant-based products that are not self-produced.
