Sundebygget opened in the autumn of 2022 and is an impressive multipurpose building situated in the heart of NTNU's campus in Ålesund. It houses student accommodation, a concert venue, student housing, a gym, spaces for student organisations, an innovation hub, and more.

The communal blocks in Moholt, located in Moholt student village, were developed between 2021 and 2023. All communal areas were constructed, old storage rooms were converted into housing units, asphalted roundabouts were transformed into green spaces, and a new geothermal heating plant, a bicycle repair workshop, and new outdoor social areas were built.
